Shipping Policy

We roast in small batches and dispatch each order soon after roasting — and every bag carries its roast date. Freshness is among the most important things we can offer you, and we protect it from the moment coffee leaves the roaster to the moment it reaches your door.

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Orders placed before 12:00 noon IST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon or on weekends are processed the next business day.

ZoneEstimated Delivery
Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities4 – 7 business days
Remote / hill areas5 – 10 business days

Delivery estimates are indicative. Occasional delays due to courier network disruptions, public holidays, or weather events are outside our control — but we will always keep you informed.

Serviceability & Shipping Charges

  • We ship across India. Pincode serviceability is confirmed at checkout.
  • Free shipping on orders totalling ₹999 or above.
  • Orders below ₹999 carry a flat shipping fee shown at checkout.
  • We do not currently ship internationally.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent to your registered email and phone once your order is dispatched. Use it on the courier partner's website to follow the shipment in real time.

If you haven't received a tracking update within 2 business days of placing your order, write to us at diviniticoffee@gmail.com with your order ID.

Failed Deliveries

  • Courier partners attempt delivery up to 3 times. After that, the shipment is returned to origin.
  • For returned shipments due to incorrect address or repeated non-availability, re-shipping charges apply.
  • If a return is caused by our error, we reship at no additional cost.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every bag. If something arrives wrong or damaged, we fix it — no argument, no lengthy process. Email us, and we'll sort it within two working days.

What We Cover

  • Damaged in transit — bag arrived physically damaged, crushed, or with a broken seal.
  • Wrong item received — you ordered Chikmagalur Arabica and received something else.
  • Missing item — your order arrived incomplete.
  • Quality issue — something about the coffee seems off and you believe it's a defect, not a preference.

For any of the above, we offer a full replacement or a complete refund — your choice.

What We Cannot Cover

Coffee is a fresh, consumable food product. Once a bag is opened, we cannot accept a return on the basis of personal taste preference. Specialty coffee has distinct flavour profiles — if you find a particular origin or roast isn't to your liking, we are glad to help you find a better match for your next order.

Not sure what to order? The brew guide on our site and the product descriptions are written to help you choose. When in doubt, email us — we'll point you in the right direction.

How to Raise a Request

Write to diviniticoffee@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order ID (starts with DVN-)
  • A brief description of the issue
  • One or two photos if the issue is physical (damaged packaging, wrong item)

We'll respond within 2 business days with a resolution or next steps.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Once approved, allow 7 – 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • UPI and wallet refunds are typically faster than card refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Because we roast to order and dispatch soon after roasting, the window to cancel a standard order is short. We keep the process simple and the rules clear.

Standard Orders

  • Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been picked up for roasting.
  • Email diviniticoffee@gmail.com with your order ID and the subject line "Cancel Order".
  • Once roasting has begun or the order is with our logistics partner, cancellation is no longer possible. You may refer to the returns policy if the order arrives damaged.

Cancelled orders are fully refunded to the original payment method within 7 – 10 business days.

Standing Order (Subscription) Orders

Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time from your confirmation email or via the link below. The cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle — the current active cycle is fulfilled and dispatched.

  • Cancellations requested before the next cycle's roast date will stop all future charges and dispatches.
  • Pro-rata refunds are not issued for the current active cycle once it is in preparation.
  • You can pause a subscription for up to 60 days instead of cancelling outright.
To cancel or pause your standing order, use the subscription management page or email us with your subscription order ID.

Diviniti-Initiated Cancellations

In rare cases, we may cancel an order if:

  • The delivery pincode is no longer serviceable.
  • A product is out of stock after the order is placed.
  • There is a pricing error on the site.

In any such case, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund.

Terms & Conditions

By placing an order on this website you agree to the following terms. Please read them. They are written in plain language because we believe you deserve to understand what you're agreeing to.

About Us

This website is operated by Diviniti, a specialty coffee brand based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. References to "we," "us," and "our" in these terms refer to Diviniti.

Products & Accuracy

  • Product descriptions, tasting notes, and images are as accurate as we can make them. Small variations in appearance between batches are inherent to single-origin specialty coffee and do not constitute a defect.
  • All weights are net weights of ground coffee unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Roast dates are printed on each bag. The date shown on the website reflects the roast cycle at the time of order.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.
  • We accept payments via UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking through our payment gateway partner.
  • In the event of a pricing error on the site, we will contact you before processing and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order on this site constitutes an offer to purchase, not a confirmed sale. An order is accepted — and a contract formed — when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued promptly.

Subscriptions

A standing order is a recurring subscription. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges at the selected cadence and price. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. See the Cancellations tab for the full cancellation process.

Allergen & Health Notice

Our products contain coffee. All products are manufactured in facilities that handle tree nuts, seeds, and other allergens. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, please check the label on each bag before consuming. We cannot accept liability for adverse reactions where label information was not read.

Intellectual Property

The Diviniti name, logo, aureole mark, all brand assets, photography, copy, and website design are the intellectual property of Diviniti. You may not reproduce, adapt, or distribute any of these without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

Before raising a formal dispute, we ask that you contact us at diviniticoffee@gmail.com — most issues are resolved faster and better through a direct conversation.

Updates to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is always published here. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
